60 min Reiki/ Guided meditation/ chakra balance Session

During a Reiki session, you can expect to lie down on a massage table fully clothed, while I use gentle touch or hover my hands over your body to channel healing energy. I will scan and focus on areas that may have blockages or injuries old and new in specific areas of your body and heal each energy center, known as chakras, to help balance and restore the flow of energy. You may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, and relaxation during the session. It is common to experience a deep sense of  peace, well-being and a deep connection with ancestors, your higher self, and/or guardian angels after a Reiki session. I will also provide guidance and insight after the session. Overall, Reiki sessions are meant to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
